I am so glad you have conmpleted your kimono. I think you and I are the only 2 that did. I banded mine with a gold color fabric and then went around by hand and put a bold cording around it. I have it hanging in our florida house and get more comments on it.
Where in NS are you? My MIL was born in Sydney Mines. We are from Toronto orignally.
